There's a sandwich shop nearby our office called "Edina Eatery." The food is fine, though nothing too special, but it's the friendly employees that really make the experience special. They are always extremely friendly with a smile on their face, and if you pay with a credit card they'll remember your name and refer to you by it when they give you your food. It's little touches like this that have prompted me to return to their establishment multiple times.
