Wells Fargo sent me a new ATM card that needed to be activated. When I tried to do so, the automated message kept telling me I didn’t supply all the necessary information (number on card and last 4-digits of my SS number). In the end I had to talk to a service representative who said all was fine (after waiting on hold for 10 minutes). He then proceeded to try and get me to take advantage of all the great services they had to offer. It took me 15 minutes before I could hang up. Total time it took to activate my new card – 25 minutes.
